The communication around my procedure was terrible. A few weeks in advance, I called the office to ask about prep instructions and where to get the "cleansing" materials and was told that it would be mailed to me shortly. I contacted them again when I had not received the information. They said it had been mailed the previous Friday. Then I got text saying they would mail it in the next day or so. A couple days before my procedure, I still did not have the instructions or information about cleansing materials. I called the office Monday before the Wednesday procedure and the woman I spoke to was very helpful and said she would give me a sample of the prep materials. She also printed the instructions for me. As of today (3/18, after the procedure) I *still* have not received anything in the mail from them. They had my correct address at the medical office so I don't know what happened to the mail. That said, the doctors and office staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They need to figure out their texting and mailing process, this is unacceptable especially for a procedure that requires dietary and medical changes several few days in advance.
