Learn MoreI just had an endoscopy done and was very nervous. However, to my surprise, the staff was so kind and patient with me- even at the end of their day! (I was the last appointment). They explained everything, put me at ease, talked me through. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because the process to get to the endoscopy was confusing and just not organized. It was as if nobody was communicating with each other. Super frustrating! But when I got there the nurses were all great! Especially Patti! I would recommend this office.
I have had 2 colonoscopy exams with this group. They were both done in the Florham Park location by competent doctors that I would use again. The staff at the first exam at the center were horrible and way beyond unprofessional. I will not bore you with all the details, but, for example, the staff (nurses and the anathesiologist ignored the patients lying on the strectchers and were conducting a group conversation about their personal lives across the room while conducting business.) I returned there some years later after making sure this was not going on anymore and had an exellent experience. It is about "that time" again and I am due for another exam. Upon reading these reviews, I am very dismayed by what I have read and am unsure whether or not I want to continue with this group. I am assuming the other loction would not be much better.
I had an endoscopy at this center today and couldn't be more pleased with the service and attention they gave me. I was extremely nervous about the anesthesia and so the anesthesiologist gave me anti-nausea medication in my IV before the procedure. The operating room nurse, Tammy, calmed me and held my hand until I was sedated and Dr. Blumberg, my gastroenterologist, was great. I woke up feeling absolutely fine and someone was always there to make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend this facility because of the attentive staff and the care that they showed to me.
GREAT FROM START TO FINISH.... DR KRUGER IS VERY THOROUGH
